Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team with enthusiasm and strong product knowledge. You will embody Vuori's brand values, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences on the floor.

You will lead daily store operations, motivate the team, and maintain high standards in merchandising and service. This role requires reliability, team collaboration, and a proactive approach to store success.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
