Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an excellent in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations smooth and sales strong.

The role emphasizes customer focus, product knowledge, and maintaining brand standards. The position is part-time with a flexible weekly schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays. Starting pay is $21.30 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a premier omnichannel

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience not required but preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
