Job summary

You’ll manage opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, and drive store performance. The role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, and knowledge of current fashion trends, with a weekend/holiday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive; take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS / register and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Lead and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture.
