Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Key Lead to guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor. You will lead opening/closing routines, manage POS operations, and fulfill OMNI channel orders while coaching the team to meet daily sales goals.

The role emphasizes customer experience, product knowledge, and maintaining visual displays, with a focus on asset protection and inventory control. This is a part-time position requiring weekend availability in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred (1 year).
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines execution.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
