Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure every customer enjoys a quality in-store experience and to act as Floor Supervisor guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates for smooth store operations.

You will support weekend and holiday coverage with a starting hourly rate of $21.55, plus bonuses and employee discounts. The role emphasizes product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales performance on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive and self-confident.
• Strong work ethic with adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented.
