Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to guide brand reps and stock associates on the sales floor, ensuring a quality in‑store experience and strong daily performance. The role sits on the store leadership team, coaching staff and driving customer engagement and sales results.

You will lead by example, manage floor operations, and collaborate with teammates to uphold the brand's values while delivering exceptional service and visual standards.
