Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as floor supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and strong daily sales performance. You will guide the team, maintain product knowledge, and reflect the brand on the floor with a focus on customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership on the sales floor, adherence to brand standards, and collaboration with store leadership to meet daily targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
