Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and helping drive daily sales on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, building visual displays, analyzing reports, protecting assets, and upholding brand culture. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience not required; leadership in teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
