Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to meet daily sales goals.

As part of the store leadership team, you will drive performance on the floor through customer experience, product knowledge, and teamwork, with a schedule of 12–16 hours per week including mandatory weekends. The role offers growth and development within a global fashion brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and fashion trend awareness.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate register and POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
