Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the sales floor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates as part of the store leadership team. You will drive customer experience and daily sales while upholding brand standards and company values.

The role requires opening/closing routines, POS operation, Omni channel fulfillment, visual merchandising, and data-driven decision support. Schedules run 12–16 hours weekly with weekend/holiday coverage; benefits and incentives offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
