Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales.

You will open/close routines, operate the POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, maintain displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions while protecting store assets and inventory. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required, but experience leading teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
