Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead to supervise the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will open/close, operate the register, fulfill Omni orders, and uphold the brand's visual standards on the floor.

You'll use your empathy and communication to deliver exceptional customer experiences, stay current with fashion trends, and contribute to inventory control and asset protection. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience not required, but leadership potential is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal abilities.
• Good communication and knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor as a supervisor and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate the POS.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders and maintain product knowledge.
• Build visual displays and analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture and values.
