Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to serve as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience. The role supports opening/closing, POS operations, omnichannel fulfillment, and maintaining brand standards on the sales floor.

You will lead by example, delivering exceptional service, staying aware of fashion trends, and driving sales while protecting assets and supporting inventory control. Weekend availability is required.
