Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience on the sales floor.

In this part-time role, you will open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni orders, maintain visual displays, and support store performance while upholding company culture. Availability on weekends and holidays is required, with 12–16 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture and values.
