Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations smooth and focused on customer experience.

You’ll work 12–16 hours weekly with weekend and holiday availability, and you’ll support sales through product knowledge, visual displays, and omni-channel order fulfillment.

Join a store leadership team and help reinforce the brand culture while developing people and driving daily performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leading groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
