Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure an excellent in-store experience and daily sales performance.

You will lead opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and coach the team on product knowledge and visual displays. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style, with part-time hours (12-16 per week) and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in leading groups or teams is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
