Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience.

As Floor Supervisor, you’ll guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales on the floor. You’ll work 12–16 hours weekly with weekend and holiday availability, participate in opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visual displays, and analyze reports to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience is not required but leadership potential is valued.
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive and proactive with good multitasking ability.
• Demonstrates up-to-date fashion awareness and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
