Job summary

The Key Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. serves as the floor supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales. This role is part of the store leadership team, focusing on customer experience and team achievement on the sales floor.

Schedule requires 12-16 hours weekly with required weekend availability; energetic, fashion-savvy individuals who can adapt to peak periods will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
