Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, leadership experience preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fashion trends and brand values.
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident with initiative.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
