Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in Millburn to guide the sales team by example, delivering Vuori’s brand values and outstanding customer experiences on the floor. You’ll foster a welcoming atmosphere, help customers find the right fit, and lead by example in daily operations.

You will manage day-to-day store activities, motivate the team to hit sales goals, and build lasting relationships with customers while maintaining Vuori’s standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team by example to deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
• Own the sales floor operations when Management is not present, driving sales goals as a team.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist customers with sizes, and provide product knowledge and feedback.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through product details and events invites.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and best sellers to assist customers and staff.
