Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team, model Vuori’s brand values, and deliver an unforgettable customer experience on the sales floor.

Under Store Manager guidance, the Floor Lead delegates tasks, maintains standards, and drives daily operations while fostering relationships with customers and teammates. This role requires availability for mornings/evenings/weekends and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Leader in punctuality and attendance, adheres to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert, creates experiences and proactively handles concerns.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn new procedures quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ownership and initiative in daily responsibilities.
