Job summary

The Floor Lead works under the Store Manager and supports leadership duties on the floor, delegating tasks and serving as the go-to person.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail sales team and driving store performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to translate brand values through product knowledge and service.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience
• Works with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
• Takes ownership of the sales floor and sales team to ensure customer experience is the first priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by engaging on product details, new products and replenishment, and invite them to events.
• Be knowledgeable on what's new and what's selling well and share with customers and team.
• Leads the team on day-to-day store operations when Store/Asst Store Manager is not in.
• Motivates the team and achieves sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge in fashion and active-wear to serve as an expert for customers.
• Leads the team in project completion while keeping a focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
