ON.com LLC in New York seeks a Lead Store Advisor to elevate team performance and floor execution through functional expertise and coaching. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will orchestrate the energy of the sales floor with a positive mindset and provide balanced feedback to drive excellence.

You will manage after-sales inquiries with empathetic, personalized solutions and mentor peers to uphold ON's premium service standards and fan relationships across the store.

Competenze

• 3+ years of functional experience in premium retail operations or in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
• Experience leading projects, managing floor priorities, or informally mentoring peers to achieve performance goals.
• Strong service excellence, problem-solving, and change-management abilities.

Mansioni

• Orchestrate floor flow as an expert role model for the 5 Steps of Service and Cloud CX framework to deliver premium experiences.
• Drive functional excellence by owning a pillar of expertise (Customer, Experience, Store Operations, or People) with meticulous standards.
• Resolve complex after-sales inquiries and operational hurdles with empathetic, personalized solutions.
• Coach and motivate the team through balanced feedback to foster shared accountability and premium service.
