Job summary

On is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to elevate store performance and floor execution, role-modeling premium standards and providing balanced peer coaching. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will drive the energy of the sales floor and ensure a premium experience that strengthens brand loyalty.

You bring 3+ years of premium retail or high-volume customer focus, with a track record in leading projects, mentoring peers, and solving problems with elevated service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of functional experience in premium retail operations or high-volume, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate floor flow as an expert role model for the 5 Steps of Service and empower Advisors to master our Cloud CX framework.
• Drive functional excellence and systemic process improvements by owning a pillar of expertise—Customer, Experience, Store Operations, or People.
• Resolve complex after-sales inquiries with empathetic, personalized solutions that safeguard our elevated service standards.
• Coach and motivate the team through balanced feedback to foster a culture of shared accountability and ensure premium fan interactions.
