On is seeking a Lead Store Advisor in New York to elevate team performance and floor execution. You will mentor Advisors, model premium standards, and ensure On’s high-performance culture is felt in every customer interaction.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will drive functional excellence, foster balanced feedback, and orchestrate energy on the sales floor to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of functional experience in premium retail operations or high-volume customer environments.
• Ability to lead projects, manage floor priorities, or mentor peers to improve performance.
• Strong understanding of service excellence and problem-solving.
• Emotional intelligence and openness to new topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching and motivate the team to uphold premium service standards.
• Orchestrate floor flow and ensure smooth customer interactions.
• Resolve complex after-sales inquiries with empathetic solutions.
• Drive improvements by owning a pillar of expertise (Customer, Experience, Store Operations, or People).
