You will own pillars of expertise in Customer, Experience, Store Operations, or People, ensuring meticulous standards across the store and driving brand loyalty through exceptional product storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of premium retail operations or high-volume customer focus Experience.
• Ability to lead projects, manage floor priorities, mentor peers.
• Strong service excellence mindset and problem-solving skills.
