On is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to elevate team performance and floor execution through expert coaching and role-modeling premium standards. Reporting to the Store Leader, you’ll influence the energy of the sales floor and drive excellence in customer interactions.

You bring 3+ years in premium retail or high-volume customer environments, with a track record leading projects, prioritizing floor needs, and mentoring peers to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of functional experience in premium retail operations or high-volume, customer-focused environments.
• Ability to lead projects, manage floor priorities, or mentor peers to achieve performance goals.
• Strong understanding of service excellence and problem-solving in changing situations.
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence and openness to new topics.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate floor flow as a role model for the 5 Steps of Service and coach Advisors.
• Own a pillar of expertise (Customer, Experience, Store Operations, or People) and maintain premium standards.
• Resolve complex after-sales inquiries and operational hurdles with empathetic, personalized solutions.
• Coach and motivate the team to foster shared accountability and reflect premium global positioning.
