Job summary

Michaels National Nashville West store is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee front-end operations, POS and Self-Checkout, and ensure adherence to SOPs and company standards.

You will coach teams, manage MOD coverage, and drive loyalty programs, including in-store events and omni-channel services, to meet sales KPIs and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching large teams.
• Strong customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and store standards, ensuring legal compliance.
• Coach team to deliver best-in-class customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and sustain floor leadership and operations.
• Oversee front-end operations including POS, Self-Checkout, and transactions.
• Drive loyalty enrollment and omni-channel services, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and mentor team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
