As MOD, you will oversee front-end operations, POS and Self-Checkout, Balloons and birthday party programs, Loyalty Rewards, and MCC/Extend services. You’ll promote omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) and support the Knit & Sew Shop and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end operations and deliver customer experience.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to meet SOPs and company programs.
• Drive selling behaviors, brand standards and store operations.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Manage POS and Self-Checkout operations and customer support.
• Oversee events and programs (Balloons, birthday parties, in-store activities).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services.
• Drive omni-channel services (BOPIS and Same Day Delivery).
• Support Knit & Sew Shop and Custom Framing operations.
• Train and develop team members; uphold asset protection.
