Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to drive sales and elevate the in-store experience through hands-on leadership, coaching, and proactive outreach.

You will lead customer service initiatives, oversee Design Services and Registry programs, manage staffing and events, and translate KPIs into actions that boost traffic, conversion, and loyalty.

Open availability on weekdays, evenings and weekends is required for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends

Responsabilités

• In collaboration with the Store Leader, manage workload and ensure execution of plans across the store.
• Establish and communicate metrics on sales, operations, safety, payroll/scheduling and training.
• Coach and train associates to encourage growth and build bench strength.
• Promote and drive sales as Leader on Duty and during seasonal planning.
• Analyze results and translate data into actions to improve KPI performance.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick and efficient service and communicate updates to the team.
