Euromarket Designs, Inc., doing business as Crate and Barrel and CB2, is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Customer Experience & Outreach to drive sales and elevate the in-store experience. You will lead service programs, train associates, and implement outreach initiatives to grow customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.

You will oversee Design Services, Trade, Registry, and events, analyzing KPIs and ensuring brand standards while managing scheduling, expenses and safety awareness.

• Ability to train, coach and develop store associates to achieve targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Co-manage workload with Store Leader and ensure execution of plans across the store.
• Set and communicate key metrics (sales, operations, safety, training) for the team.
• Coach and develop associates to drive performance and growth.
• Promote sales and lead as Leader on Duty, aligning with seasonal plans.
