Crate & Barrel is seeking a Team Leader, Sales to maximize store sales growth by supporting the Assistant Store Leader in executing plans and delivering an engaging customer experience. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and a strong presence on the sales floor.

You will coach associates, manage workloads, train staff on products and policies, and drive store performance while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail experience.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department/work area.
• Support development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide timely feedback about performance and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
• Understand and apply company systems, policies and procedures including loss prevention, security and safety guidelines.
• Focus on promoting sales as they pertain to, or are driven by, the Leader On Duty role.
• Communicate with the Assistant Store Leader to review business results and feedback.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick and efficient service on the sales floor.
