Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district, delivering standout customer service and handling the leasing process, payments, and basic merchandising.

You will conduct daily property walks, ensure cleanliness and safety, meet monthly sales goals, and work independently or with a team to serve customers during daytime hours, with some locations requiring Sunday hours.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Interacting face to face with customers, delivering excellent service and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process and handling payments.
