Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district. You will balance customer service with property maintenance, building relationships and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing POS, and making daily bank deposits.
• Working both independently and on a team to rent units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, and handle payments.
• Maintaining the facility through cleaning, restocking, and general upkeep to ensure safety and cleanliness.
