Job summary

ShopRite of Milford is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and supervise all store functions with the aim of delivering outstanding customer experience, coordinating front-end operations, and driving engagement among associates.

This exempt role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong safety compliance, team leadership, and the ability to implement best practices to win in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze English.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Stand/walk for scheduled shifts.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and occasionally 60 lbs.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all store functions and associates.
• Drive customer experience and associate engagement.
• Oversee Front End, Bookkeeping, Courtesy, Scanning and ShopRite From Home where applicable.
• Lead continuous improvement and culture of safety and best practices.
• Collaborate to ensure store goals and policies are met.
