Job summary

ShopRite of Neptune in Neptune, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the front-end and store operations, directing associates to meet sales and customer experience goals.

You will implement best practices, supervise safety, friendliness, presentation and efficiency, and coach a team to deliver first-class service.

This exempt role reports to the Store Manager and offers a path to professional growth within an established retailer.

Qualifications

• Ability to make decisions to improve business results based on data available.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and analyze in English.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate in a retail environment.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all store functions and associates to achieve sales, profit, and customer experience goals.
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and associate morale.
• Ensure safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency across all departments.
• Oversee Front End, Bookkeeping, Courtesy, Scanning and ShopRite From Home functions where applicable.
• Provide training, feedback, and development opportunities for store staff.
