Job summary

The ShopRite of West Long Branch is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the front-end and store operations, driving customer experience, sales, and associate engagement. You will supervise the front end, oversee Bookkeeping, Courtesy, Scanning, and ShopRite From Home activities as applicable, and coach staff to deliver best-in-class service.

This exempt role requires strong leadership, safety, merchandising, and compliance with company policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Ability to make decisions to improve business results based on data.
• Able to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the store to achieve company goals.
• Provide leadership to the store team and ensure customer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee Front End, Bookkeeping, Courtesy, Scanning and ShopRite From Home operations.
• Develop talent and manage staff performance.
