URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer service, sales, and daily operations at our Westport location. You will be an expert in store procedures and mentor junior team members to maintain a high-performance environment.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive sales, ensure seamless omni-channel experiences, and uphold brand standards while assisting with opening/closing tasks and daily upkeep.

Qualifications

• Leadership roles in a retail setting.
• Strong collaboration and communication with store leadership.
• Passion for the Anthropologie/URBN brand.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an environment where customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Drive sales and store metrics using KPIs to set goals.
• Deliver omni-channel shopping experiences through services.
• Help manage store environment and daily zones with energy and positivity.
• Assist training of new hires and onboarding.
