Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to drive sales and store metrics using KPIs.
• Deliver seamless omni-channel experiences through service and processes.
• Mentors and trains the associate team and supports onboarding.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and maintaining store standards.
• Support shipment, stock, markdowns and visual standards daily.
• Foster an inclusive environment and communicate feedback to leadership.
• Contribute to team morale through brand initiatives and recognition.
