Job summary

Michaels Mansfield is hiring for a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will engage customers with the rewards program and enroll new members, and participate in shelf replenishment and in-store processes.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting boxes, and working flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in stocking and planogram (POGs) processes.
