Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate to assist customers, stock merchandise, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will help customers locate products, explain rewards and private label cards, and participate in BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.

• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms.
• Maintain in-stock store and handle returns.
