Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards including enrollments
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS)
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and follow planograms
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and shrink/safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully with customers and team members
• Cross training in Custom Framing selling and production
