Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store associate role in Manchester. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You’ll engage customers in Rewards programs and card enrollments while supporting store operations like BOPIS, SFS, and merchandise recovery.

Ability to stand long hours and lift/unload stock is required. Responsibilities include store cleanliness, planograms, and adherence to SOPs, safety programs, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Operate fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and engage in CSI feedback.
• Support BOPIS/Ship From Store processes and in-store recovery.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and shelf replenishment.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and comply with SOPs and policies.
