Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year HR admin support experience or coursework preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting in Workday for the store.
• Complete offer and onboarding processing in Workday.
• Coordinate store orientation as needed.
• Partner with local HRBP to staff events and resources.
• Manage first 90 days to validate training and retention.
