Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking an Associate Engagement Coordinator in Omaha, NE. You will drive the employment life cycle for the store, supporting hiring, orientation, training, safety, and store communications. You will manage the full-cycle Recruiting process in Workday and partner with local HR to staff events and resources.

Responsibilities include onboarding, 90-day performance checks, and ownership of store engagement programs. Strong MS Office skills and confidential handling are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college coursework in business or HR preferred.
• Experience or coursework in HR administrative support is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting using Workday.
• Post jobs, conduct interviews, coordinate final interviews with store leadership.
• Complete job offers and onboarding in Workday.
• Set up and conduct store orientation as needed.
• Partner with local HR to post events or add staffing resources.
