Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college coursework in HR preferred.
• 1 year HR admin support experience or coursework.

• Attention to detail, data entry, and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting in Workday; post jobs and coordinate interviews.
• Administer onboarding and new-hire processing in Workday.
• Lead store engagement programs with daily/weekly recognition.
• Partner with local HR to staff events and resources as needed.
• Oversee first 90 days of employment to validate training and retention.
• Ensure store communications, confidentiality, and compliance.
