Job summary

Responsibilities include managing bids, contracts, budgets and approvals across GC/CM teams, ensuring timeliness and compliance with prototype standards.

Qualifications

• Manage bidding and awarding processes with GC's, CM's, subcontractors and vendors for Food Lion projects.
• Prepare and compile bid documents, RFQ packages and schedules to minimize costs and change orders.
• Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and payment processing for Food Lion-contracted work.
• Manage Construction Change Authorization/Change Order processes and timely payments to vendors.
• Develop, review and approve project budgets and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly project construction and operations meetings with GC's, CM's, developers/landlords, vendors and stakeholders.
• Inspect progress to ensure compliance with plans, specs and Food Lion requirements.
• Monitor on-site activities and adjust schedules to meet milestones and openings.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Refrigeration, Real Estate and Preconstruction/ A&E to align costs and schedules.
• Oversee punch list, warranties, sign-offs and project closeout within required timelines.
