• Manage bidding and awarding with GC's/CM's and subcontractors for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and invoices; monitor payments.
• Oversee change orders, budget, and project milestones; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal departments and vendors.
