Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes for GC/CM and subcontractors for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Oversee preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and processing of requisitions and invoices.
• Manage change authorization/change order processes to ensure valid scope and timely payments.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking; monitor progress against plans.
