Job summary

ADUSA Corporate Support is seeking a Project Manager I to lead store development projects, including new store, expansion, and remodel efforts. You will manage bidding, contracts, and schedules from pre-construction through close-out, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely openings in accordance with prototype standards.

The role requires 5-7 years in construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel weekly with a remote office day on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CM/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction.
• Ability to travel weekly.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead bidding and contracting with GC/CM and subs for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Prepare bid documents, RFQ packages, and ensure timely submissions.
• Oversee contracts, purchase orders, processing, and payments for Food Lion work.
• Manage change authorization/change orders and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Real Estate, Preconstruction, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet prototype standards, codes, and schedules, and support store openings.
